Licensed Residential Home Inspector with the state of TN

 
      

 InterNACHI CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL INSPECTOR (CPI) -
 InterNACHI's sole purpose is educationg inspectors on how to do their job properly. Members are required to complete more continuing education requirements than any association. Most of the courses are accepted by the state of TN as mandatory continuing education.  InterNACHI requires the most education in the industry. Construction Experience
      I (Sean Fogarty) have over 10 years of construction experience, renovations, home maintinace repairs and still work construction.  Nothing can compare with true hands on experience. How can you expect someone to inspect your home if they do not understand how it's constructed.  Anyone associated with our inspection service also has the experience needed to do their job well. 


Former licensed Realtor with the state of North Carolina.

We are the only company in the Knoxville that holds this certification.  A combined 132 hours of training and continuing education was required to gain this.
