Qualifications
- Licensed Residential Home Inspector with the state of TN
- InterNACHI CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL INSPECTOR (CPI) -
- InterNACHI's sole purpose is educationg inspectors on how to do their job properly. Members are required to complete more continuing education requirements than any association. Most of the courses are accepted by the state of TN as mandatory continuing education. InterNACHI requires the most education in the industry. I (Sean Fogarty) have years of construction experience and home maintenace, and still work construction. Nothing can compare with true hands on experience. How can you expect someone to inspect your home if they do not understand how it's constructed. Anyone associated with our inspection service also has the experience needed to do their job well.

- IAC2 Certified for Mold and Radon Testing - I have met all the requirements and have been granted certification from the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants for both radon testing and mold testing.
