This inspection is ideal for visually inspecting any major problems with a home. It is by every sense of the word not an inspection at all. I will walk around the property with you and point out all of the defects I observed. No report will be issued, and no pictures will be taken. It is your responsiblity to follow, listen and take notes of any problems found. The summary will have no focus on styles, materials, or moderate problems. Only major issues will be addressed. You will be paying the inspector to offer his opinion only. I recommend anyone that does not have a prior experience to choose a different service.
