RE-Inspections

 The main purpose of this inspection is to "follow up" on a previous inspection done for either a buyer or seller. If you are buying, get satisfaction knowing that any problems found in the previous report have been corrected. If you are selling your home, this report is great for providing documentation. Show the buyers that after the first inspection was done, you fixed any problems, and another inspection was performed to make sure the repairs were done correctly. Our follow up inspections are the cheapest out there. Many only average $75.00 A small price to pay for peace of mind knowing the home owner did not make quick repairs.
