Who do you trust?

 I realize you have many choices when hiring an inspector. Many people pick their Knoxville TN home inspector by a referral from their real estate agent.   My question is who are you going to trust?

Your real estate agent?
Your mortgage person?

These people have something in common that I don't have. They don't get paid unless they close the deal! It's only human nature that some of these people will stop at nothing to make sure the deal closes and the last thing they need is a home inspector to stand in their way.

Now I am not saying we dislike these folks, some we love greatly and consider our friends. The agents who do refer us, do so because they truly care about your best interest as well as we do. We work with some great people and it shows.

I can also tell you I have 2 main goals. One is to ensure you get the most thorough inspection one can provide as a home inspector. The other is to make sure your absolutely satisfied when we complete our job. Our business depends on you being happy, and if the house has problems then you should know about them. We don't sugar coat things and we make sure your protected and well educated.
