Mountain Warranty

All full inspections give you the option of  a 100 day Limited Inspection coverage from the Mountain Association. This warranty is only offered to buyers or sellers getting a full price home inspection. It will cover items that were in good working order during the inspection, and if they break within the 100 day period, it will get repaired.
