Lots of homes in the areas are built on slabs. Many others have old sewer lines that travel through the yard.  Older Split level homes are very common in the area, and many have aged cast iron sewer lines poured under the concrete. This line will eventualy fail, and it will cost you THOUSANDS!! Don't be the one responsible for this repair.

The sewer line inspection is done by running a small camera down the line until it reaches the septic tank or the city line. Up to 200 ft if needed.  If there is any issues, roots or deterioration you will know before you buy.
