Guarantee Explaination

All home inspections are required to meet a certain minimum criteria set forth by the state of Tennessee. Thes SOP's or standards of practice provide an outline as to  minimum requirements to follow during inspections.  Fogarty Home Inspections always follows these standards and in most cases goes beyond them to ensure your inspection is thorough.  You as the customer can not justify any refund as long as the specific issue at hand can be presented as either not being required, or not being inspected because of safety issues surrounding completing this aspect of the inspection process. The individual inspector hired to perform, will not risk personal injury and has this choice in most cases. Please take care and read the SOP's that you have if you obtained a copy, for your own personal education.
