     This inspection is the core of our business. It prepares and educates those who are considering the purchase of a home or want to have their own home reviewed. It is a thorough comprehensive inspection of all systems and the structure. An inspection report will be issued after the inspection is done.

    Sellers walk thru consultation

The consultation is to evaluate and find deal breakers for sellers. Many homes are not purchased due to unknown issues. A sellers evaluation can ensure no major problems will arise in the event a full home inspection is performed.  We can either perform a full inspection or highlight areas of concern. 

   One year Builders Warranty

This inspection is designed to evaluate and find any issues with a new home before the warranty period has expired. The problems found can be reported and submitted for repair.  Don't get stuck with something that could be repaired. 

     Crawl space Inspections            

The crawl space is the most neglected part of the home in many cases, but can hide the most costly repairs If you have lived in your home for a while you may want to consider having this inspection performed.

  Mold Sampling and Inspections   

We perform all types of mold and bacteria related services for testing and inspection purposes. All testing is sent to a local lab for quick turn around times. 

  Radon Testing    

(including water samples and granite countertops)
Stop killing your family! Radon is real and causes lung cancer. Radon testing is discounted when included with an inspection. 

     Well Water Sampling

Testing can be done for many different types of minerals and bacteria, including E-Coli.
